Our global commons face cascading crises—from climate breakdown to democracy at risk. Why aren’t people acting as if civilization, and life on Earth, are under extreme and immediate threat?
The fossil fuel industry has financed and led a decades-long confusion + disinformation campaign, largely supported by media and business ecosystems, as well as cultural norms. Humanity lacks the infrastructure to adequately fight back: media, communications, culture, politics, knowledge systems, and collaboration.
Individual members of the public do not have the ability to change the systems that are determining the future of life on Earth. In order to enable and compel leaders to take bold action at a systems level, we need a holistic approach to building political will. As the US elections have proven yet again, the greatest force for political will is the media ecosystem.

Earth HQ helps bring the science, frameworks, and goals of the Global Commons Alliance to life in the public imagination. We create:

- Trusted platforms for public engagement and knowledge sharing
